Policies
Appointments and Availability:
Private professional services are provided Monday through Friday during the day and early evening.
Fees and Insurance: Fees for individual sessions are $225/session. Fee for couples sessions (60 minutes) are $250/session. Payment is due at the time of service. If clients are eligible to receive reimbursement from their insurance plan, Judy will fill out any forms needed.
Cancellations: Cancellations require a 24-hour notice. Cancellations made less than 24-hours in advance are charged for the session.
Privacy Policy:
Judy values and respects the privacy and well-being of all clients she works with, and complies with all laws and regulations concerning her profession. A written copy of Judy’s privacy policy is given to families during their initial appointment. Additional copies of Judy’s policies are available upon request.
